Hello,we are Shila and Elia.
We are from Modena, a small city in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy.
Mission
Our passion for food started when we were children watching our Nonna prepare delicious comfort food, piadina and many other fantastic foods.
As we grew up we developed a real culinary passion and finally we decided to make it our job.
After several years of working in Italy we decided to bring our experience to London where we opened Burger and More.
Vision
A project to enhance the most popular street food and give an Italian style to it.
Our burgers and Piadine are made freshly every day and we decided to use mostly homemade ingredients with our own very recipes.
